MacBook Air M2 is more powerful than 93% of computers

As we said at the beginning, the great attraction of this computer is the new M2 processor. In 2020, Apple announced that it was going to design its own chips and that it was going to progressively abandon Intel processors. 

The first Apple silicon chip was the M1 chip. An absolute outrage for a laptop weighing only 1.24 kilos and a thickness of 1.13 cm.  

The MacBook Air M2 bets on MagSafe charging. With this charging system, the connector is attached to the computer using magnets, a system whose main advantage is that it disconnects only if someone steps on the cable or kicks it, without the computer flying away.

MacBook Air M2: Our Opinion

The best way to get closer to this computer is to forget everything you know or think you know about the MacBook Air. It is lighter and thinner than its predecessors, but its power is multiplied by 15 if we compare it with the MacBook Air equipped with an Intel chip. The MacBook Air M2 is not only a computer for office work, for browsing the Internet, or for watching videos, it is a beast with which you will be able to edit videos and photos without fear of falling short. Despite its power, you will never notice that it overheats or makes any noise. What's more, you can work with it resting on your lap without fear of getting hot. 

We are not only facing one of the computers of the year, but also a paradigm shift: ultra-thin laptops can have enormous power. 

Do you have any but the MacBook Air M2? Some users may be short on USB-C ports or more connections, but for them, there's the MacBook Pro, which has HDMI ports and an SD card slot.
